Emergency Crews Respond to Haz-Mat Situation In Manchester

A haz-mat situation broke out in Manchester Wednesday morning, police said.

MANCHESTER, CT — Emergency crews responded to a hazardous materials incident along the 130 block of Maple Street in Manchester Wedensday morning.

The call came in at 9:51 a.m. scene at 132-134 Maple St., police said.

A malfunctioning furnace at the residence is believed to be responsible for a high carbon monoxide condition, police said.
