Can and Bottle Collection

Help East Catholic Students in Their Support of Covenant House

Students in East Catholic’s Social Action Club are holding a refundable can and bottle collection this Saturday, November 19, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the school. Funds raised go to support their work at Covenant House, a shelter for teens in New York City.  These students visit Covenant House twice a year to offer volunteer service hours and to present a monetary gift to the shelter.  The can and bottle collection is one of several projects that support this effort.

Families are asked to bring their refundable cans and bottles to the school where students will be waiting to unload them.
