Nutrition Knowledge

Choosing the right foods to eat makes being healthy easy. Join the Lutz Children's Museum as they play with food and learn how what we eat affects how our bodies function. Children ages 5-10 will also practice what to watch out for in grocery stores and learn the difference between a "go food" and a "slow food." Please notify the instructor, Rachel Hadyka, of any food allergies.

The cost for the class is $10 for members or $13 for non-members. You may register online at www.lutzmuseum.org or call 860-643-0949.
