Eversource Conducting Aerial Inspections This Week In Manchester

MANCHESTER, CT — Eversource Energy will be using helicopters to patrol electric transmission line rights of way through several communities in the northern and central parts of the state this week, including Manchester.

Crews will inspect the condition of the high-voltage transmission system to identify and assess any issues that may threaten electric reliability and ensure they’re properly addressed.

The inspections are on tap for Thursday and Friday. Flights will take place between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., wether permitting, officials said.

The aircraft is a blue and white helicopter with the tail No. N411DD.
