MANCHESTER β€” Soccer fans will have a chance to see and take photos with a FIFA β€œSuperior Player of the Match” trophy during a special World Cup watch party Thursday at Elicit Brewing Company.

The trophy will make a guest appearance from 4 to 5:30 p.m. as part of the venue’s daylong celebration of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The β€œSuperior Player of the Match” award is presented to standout players for exceptional on-field performances during World Cup competition. During the 2026 tournament, 104 players are expected to receive the distinction, with stars including Lionel Messi, Kylian MbappΓ© and Julian QuiΓ±ones among recent recipients.

Fans attending the event will be able to pose for photos with the trophy while watching six World Cup matches scheduled throughout the day.

The watch party begins at 3 p.m. Thursday, June 25, at Elicit Brewing Company, located at 165 Adams St. in Manchester. Organizers said the event is expected to offer fans an energetic atmosphere to celebrate the world’s biggest soccer tournament.
