65 Displaced As Fire Breaks Out At Apartment Complex In Manchester
A two-alarm fire broke out at an apartment complex in Manchester Thursday.

MANCHESTER, CT — A fire broke out at a Manchester apartment complex Thursday afternoon.
Officials at Manchester Fire/Rescue/EMS said the initial call came through at about 2 p.m. at 39 Buckland St. That's the address of the Aspen Woods apartment complex.
Flames were showing from a building when firefighters arrived at the scene, officials said. A second alarm was then requested.

Manchester police said traffic in the area was impacted for some time.
The American Red Cross said it was helping 29 families – 51 adults and 14 children — who were affected by the fire.
