“First the Parents, then the Two Daughters”

It is always so rewarding when you accomplish the completion of a mortgage when there are many challenges, but these clients where committed to the goal and no matter what challenges came up, we would work through them.

It was a pretty tough 7 weeks, but finally success. They were proud homeowners for the first time, even though they were in their 40’s. During the 7 week time period, they had referred one of their employees and then both of their daughters.

They told me, they wanted to support their children to become homeowners instead of paying rent for as many years as they did. They actually brought them to my office, one at a time so that I could begin the preapproval process.

Both daughters are now preapproved and started their home search. The nice part of it, the mortgage process will be much quicker because of the preparation. They will be wonderful homeowners as well.
