Hartford Man Accused Of Sending Illicit Texts To Manchester Child
A warrant was served over the weekend to a Hartford man as part of an investigation into messages sent to a Manchester child, police said.

MANCHESTER, CT — A Hartford man stands accused of engaging in illicit texts with a child, police said.
Earlier this month, the Manchester Police Department Child Investigations Unit received a complaint accusing Christopher Delorde Cameron, a 39-year-old resident of Hartford, of having inappropriate conversations with a 10-year-old over the course of several weeks, according to a police report.
The conversations took place over text messages, according to a police report.

An arrest warrant for Cameron and a search warrant for his residence in Hartford were obtained by investigators, according to a police report.
With the assistance of the Connecticut Center for Digital Investigations, the search warrant was executed Saturday and Cameron was taken into custody without incident, police said.

He has been charged with impairing the morals of a minor.
He was held over the weekend on a $100,000 cash/surety bond and was to appear in court Monday, police said.
