Hearing Aids Knocked Loose from Elderly Man in Road Rage Scuffle
The incident took place in the Buckland Hills Section of Manchester.

MANCHESTER, CT — A Glastonbury man was charged with assaulting an elderly person and breach of peace when a road rage incident led to a roadside confrontation in the Buckland Hills area of town, police told the Hartford Courant.
Samet Anthony Dy, 46, was arrested after the Monday incident, according to the story.
He hit the man so hard, that he fell to the ground and had his glasses and hearing aids knocked loose, according to the story.
