I-384 Crash Claims Life of Manchester Man

BOLTON, CT — A Manchester man has died as a result of a Friday afternoon crash on Interstate-384, state police said.

State police said on Monday that 23-year-old Thomas Madden of Manchester had died as a result of injuries sustained ed in the crash, which took place at 1 p.m. Friday on the westbound side of the highway.

According to a report, Madden was driving a 2004 Nissan Maxima along the Bolton portion of the highway and veered off the left side of the road and struck a tree. The road was wet at the time, but traffic was light and visibility clear, according to a report.
