No sweeter words can ever be heard by anyone in business. To be told that
you helped make their dream of home ownership possible. Sure this client
had many issues before I could get to the point of doing a
pre-qualification, but was totally committed.
I remember him saying, “You tell me what I need to do and I’ll do it”. It
took nine months but the result was well worth the work, as he now has a
home under deposit and will soon be a home owner.
