I let the agent know that I would contact the good Doctor directly but that he was well qualified in this price range.
Maybe this home is the one; this is now pre-qualification number 14, not
kidding. Each previous bid was not sufficient and he was outbid.
I'm sure the various agents he has engaged in a home search with has
explained about making the highest possible offer, but unfortunately he
didn’t get the message. Maybe this time will be different, one can only
hope.
