“I’m Not Willing to do Your Mortgage”

I got a call from this smart ass dude that indicated that he had read one of my blogs about a success story about someone that had some credit issues. What was very frustrating, he indicated that he also had some credit challenges, but told me he had no intention to pay back any of his outstanding obligations. He said he wasn’t willing to make the necessary calls to clean up my old S**t. 

It didn’t take me long to decide, I was not willing to work with him, his arrogance and unwillingness to handle his financial responsibility meant absolutely nothing to him. 

I had to ask the question. Are you going to pay your mortgage the same way you paid your other obligations? I loved his final comment. You guys are a dime a dozen, one of you guys will do a mortgage for me. I told him he was probably right, but not this one.
