I am interested in purchasing a rental property and was referred to you
as a source. We have communicated in the past regarding a former client
as well. I was interested in knowing the minimum requirements to get a
loan for a rental. Since this is my first investment property I'm trying
to be cautious.

Buying an investment property may sound like something “pretty cool” to do,
