“It’s been 5 Years”
Joe, hopefully you remember us. We worked together 5 years ago. I still
remember when you told me that you could get us a mortgage, I was a
little dubious to say the least, but you got it done.
We have now outgrown this home and are ready to move up to a larger home
for our growing family. I had triplets three years ago, it was not what
we expected, but are truly thankful.
Jeff is still with the same company and has had a number of raises over the past few years.
Can you give me a list of what you need to get us preapproved for a new mortgage?
One more favor, could you recommend a Realtor as the lady we used previously has moved to Florida, she was friends with my mom.
