How are you? It's been a while since I contacted you, and I realized I never followed up. The short of the story is that we did indeed sell our house; we got a cash buyer right away and closed on the house on August 15. We moved into a temporary apartment and have been house hunting ever since. It's been an adventure!
OK, now I need to get pre-qualified again and I will forward updated documents for you.

Markets are different in most areas. In the area she is searching for a home, new listings are not readily available. The last time she wanted to make an offer, her home wasn’t sold and she wanted to buy subject to a Hubbard clause and the seller said no. Now she is ready to buy and is very qualified.
