We have both worked with this previous client, now looking for your
mortgage assistance again. You have done two mortgages for her in the
past and she is looking to purchase another home for her sister. Can you
please contact Fanny XXXXXX. I told her I would reach out to you as she
will never work with anyone else.

It is not uncommon for ethnic families to be extremely loyal, as I have
done two mortgages for Fanny, mortgages for two of her children and one
for her sister and brother-in-law.
They have all used the same Realtor for each of their transactions.
