“It is so Rewarding to see these Results”

Hello Joe,
Hope everything is well. I have a few questions. I believe I asked you already, hope you don't mind refreshing my memory. What is the minimum credit score I would need in order to get approved for a house? After I get my credit to that number or higher, what's the next
step I need to take? I'm continuing to work on paying off things. As soon as I get the receipts, I'll send them to you.

I also got my car, according to Transunion my credit score is 578 as of
3/11/17. I was surprised since I've been checking credit karma and they
were giving me a much lower number (535-540). Thank you for all your
help.

This client started out with credit scores in the high 400’s and sometime in
2017 she will become a homeowner instead of paying $1650 in rent. She
already has her down payment, the income will work for her needs and the
only thing left is to get the credit scores higher.

I just looked back at my original email of instructions and she has
accomplished more than half of her list. Besides working on settling her
outstanding collection accounts she is making sure to keep all current
and new credit card payments on time or paid ahead.
