“It Sometimes takes Weeks before they are Ready”
Joe,
Good morning, you may recall that we spoke in Dec after reading a number of
your blogs. To say the least I was leery of folks in your industry, it
must have been very obvious to you. You recommended that I check you out
on LinkedIn and to Google your name, which I have done, very
impressive. I have also run your current business credit score with
D&B and it’s a 77 out of 80 which is top 2% in your industry, pretty
impressive. You have made a believer out of me and I am ready work with
you, if that is OK with you.
My wife and I would like to buy a home this spring or summer in
Westchester County, what are the next steps and what information do you
need from us?
Respectfully, Aaron
I remember my conversation very clearly with Aaron. He was very skeptical
and was very uncomfortable sharing any information. There was not much
point in pushing him, so I recommended that he do some homework on me
before making a decision to work together and he certainly did.
Building loyalty takes time as he was not referred by anyone, rather did a
couple of online searches and read a few of my blogs, so for him that
was not enough to feel warm and fuzzy.
Now that the homework is done we can start building a long term relationship.
