After someone has had a short sale in their history, there is always going to
be this sense that they may never own a home again. It took nearly an
hour of assuring Lindsey that it was time to stop paying $2100 per month
in rent. A great job was done re-establishing credit and paying off
other obligations.
They kept saying they had a fear that no one would ever “Trust” them enough
to give them a mortgage again. I will be proud to get them a mortgage
for their next home.
