Joel Waldron Speaks to Kids at YMCA

Grandmaster Joel Waldron, owner of The Academy of Martial Arts & Personal Development in Manchester, CT, spent some time with 20 4-year old students at the Indian Valley Family YMCA recently! Drawing on his more than 30 years of experience working with children, Grandmaster Waldron had them learning about health, fitness and responsibility, all while having fun! They had an awesome time learning how to be superheroes!

In September 1995, Grandmaster Waldron opened the Academy of Martial Arts and Personal Development. Over the course of the 21 years the Academy has been open, more than 6,000 students from age 2 to 80 have come through its doors. In addition, Grandmaster Waldron has given numerous community talks on bullying, self-defense, and personal development.
