Join us for Our Hanukkah Service at Temple Beth Hillel

Celebrate the Festival of Lights with us at Temple Beth Hillel on Friday, December 3rd at 6:45pm. This service is an annual favorite! Bring your own Chanukiah from home and join us as we kindle the lights of Chanukah together in the TBH sanctuary.

Hanukkah begins each year on the 25th day of the Jewish month of Kislev. It celebrates the rededication of the Second Temple in Jerusalem in 165 BCE after it was occupied and defiled by the Seleucids, and the relighting of the Temple menorah. Hanukkah is a minor Jewish holiday, but its themes of freedom, triumph, and joy have made it a favorite.
