Jury: Finds East Hartford Officer Was Not Excessive With 12-Year-Old
The decision was reached Wednesday.

EAST HARTFORD, CT — A federal jury on Wednesday found that an East Hartford police officer did not use excessive force or erroneously arrest a 12-year-old boy four year ago, the Hartford Courant reported.
The case dates back to November 2012.
East Hartford officer Woodrow Tinsley was the officer identified in a $20 million civil rights lawsuit filed by the boy's mother Karla Huaman against the town and police department, according to the Courant.
