The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:

Right now one of the single most pressing issues facing Manchester, like many towns across America, is recovery from the COVID shutdown, emotionally, mentally and financially! I intend to serve as an advocate for the hard working residents of Manchester by promoting and developing diverse local businesses and supporting the partnerships with local industry for paid youth summer apprenticeship/internships programs. I also intend to continue to support and promote positive community venues that provide a safe space for our residents to recharge mentally, and emotionally and spiritually after this difficult period of division and negativity.

Critical differences between me and my opponents:

I am a concerned and passionate resident, not your typical politician. I’m down to earth, real people. I'm not trying to please everyone, but instead stand up for what I believe and do my part to bring about real positive change. I want Manchester to be affordable and safe for many generations to come. No more focusing on short term solutions, but instead long term, and common sense planning.

Accomplishments:

I have had a rewarding 16+ year professional career in the Aerospace Industry. I am a strong communicator and value diversity of ideas and opinions to drive innovation and development.
I have a strong background leading large cross functional teams and to solve real world problems by implementing the best solutions after thoroughly weighing the potential risks and opportunities.
I am very passionate and have lots of energy to keep Manchester driving towards excellence.
I love to give back to my local community through recruitment and youth mentorship programs.
My personal career achievements and community advocacy have recently earned me the distinction of becoming both a BEYA Engineer of the Year and Woman of Color in STEM National Award winner.

Other issues:

- Supporting and implementing more youth educational/ mentorship programs
- Supporting Manchester Local Businesses
- Fiscal Responsibility

What else would you like voters to know about you?

Don’t defund the Police - That’s a bad idea!
