This
Realtor was originally referred by the attorney that was representing
the buyers of a transaction that fell apart just before the closing.
Apparently the credit scores dropped below 640 which is their threshold.
I wonder what they would think about me doing a mortgage application
this afternoon that the mid credit score is 560.
We
are so fortunate to have lenders that will do lower credit scores for
clients. Truthfully they will do just as good a job making their
mortgage payments on time; they just needed someone to see some good in
them.
