Kitchen Fire Displaces 2 Families in Manchester

MANCHESTER, CT — Authorities are investigating a Friday night fire that displaced a pair of families,NBC Connecticut reported.

Manchester fire officials told the station the call to 10-12 Server St. came in at about 8 p.m.

The occupants managed to get out of the house safely, but firefighters had to contend with heavy smoke in the kitchen, according to the report.
