Laura Bellis, 88, Mother of Two and a Lifelong Manchester Resident

Laura C. Bellis, 88, of Manchester, the wife of 64 years to Charles E. Bellis died Sunday Jan. 4, 2015 at Crestfield Health Care Center.

Born in New Brunswick, Canada, she had lived in Manchester for most of her life.

She is survived by her sons Danny Bellis and his wife Karen of Union, and Thomas Bellis of East Hartford; her brothers Lloyd J. Cassista of Newington and Flloyd Cassista of Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, Jan. 12, at 10 a.m. at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester followed by burial in Rose Hill Cemetery, Rocky Hill.
