“Leads that come from My Website”

I’m sure I’m not the only one, but when someone fills out the questionnaire on my website, I get all excited. The questions are not instructive, so folks are not uncomfortable to share some information.

There is an option to share how quickly they want me to get back to them. In this case the answer was, ASAP. I really don’t mind, so I called and emailed over a 5 day time period, unfortunately no response. It is a good thing the response was ASAP, otherwise I might never have heard back.

On the sixth day, I finally got a response. This gal wanted to know if she could get a mortgage even though she was on section 8 from her city. More out of curiosity, I asked if she planned on getting off the aide she was collecting, her response actually didn’t surprise me. She said she didn’t see any reason to stop getting section 8 assistance.

I told her I didn’t see any reason for her to stop renting. I have to figure out a way for someone to pay my mortgage, just kidding.
