Little Theatre's Next Lunchtime Lecture to Focus on Children's Lit

Local writer David Garnes and guest Terri Goldich will present an LTM Lunchtime Lecture celebrating Little Theatre’s upcoming production of SHREK, THE MUSICAL (playing November 6-22, 2015).

Garnes will facilitate and offer informative remarks, and Goldich, former curator for the Northeast Children’s Literature Collection at University of Connecticut’s Thomas J. Dodd Research Center, will focus on the topic “Children’s Lit: It’s Not Just for the Kids.”

This free program will take place Wednesday, Oct. 14 from noon to 1 p.m. at Cheney Hall, 177 Hartford Rd., Manchester.

Guests are invited to bring a lunch; beverages will be served.
