MANCHESTER, CT — A longtime business in Manchester is going for a new, more cohesive look.
A Planning and Zoning Commission application has been submitted by the owners of Taylor Rental to construct a 5,000-square-foot warehouse building at 274 Broad St.
Taylor has been operating out of that location for some time, officials said.

The owners are requesting a Special Exception Modification from the PZC.
Manchester planning officials said the premise is to eliminate several outbuildings on the property so inventory can be stored in one up-to-date facility.

The PZC is tentatively scheduled to review the plans at its Sept. 9 meeting.
