We have 27 standard colors of stains, we can paint any color, we could make it two-tone, or distress it. With our Amish furniture, there are 30 different colors of stains, and most of the furniture is made in different kinds of wood.

When picking out the perfect bedroom set, you’ll want to be sure to buy something of good quality. If you buy quality furniture, it will last for generations. If you buy cheap, you’re going to end up throwing I away in a few years and have to replace it.
The first thing to check is that the piece is made out of real wood, not particle board. A lot of particle board gets covered up and people think they’re buying real wood, but it’s not real wood.
When looking at dressers or chests, look at drawer construction. Drawers should be either French or preferably English dovetailed. The drawer sides should be solid wood, not plywood. The drawers should also open fully with full-extension ball bearing drawer glides. This means that the drawers open all the way.
With the center drawer guides that a lot of the imports use, the drawers only open about half way so you can’t even put stuff inside.
On platform beds, the better platform beds have a solid platform that the mattress sits on. The cheaper ones have slats, which is not really the best support for the mattress.
