Lt. Governor Honoring Manchester Vietnam Veterans

The deadline is Wednesday to sign up for a special program.

MANCHESTER, CT — A special program to honor Manchester's Vietnam veterans is being organized and the deadline to sign up is approaching.

Lt. Governor Susan Bysiewicz is behind the efforts to honor those who served from 1961 to 1975.

She will be presenting certificates of appreciation for those who served. Town Clerk, Darryl Thames, is developing an invitation list.

The deadline for submissions is Jan. 26.
