Makeover Proposed For Section Of Oak Grove Street In Manchester

MANCHESTER, CT — Plans are in the works for improvements to a section of Oak Grove Street in Manchester.

Planning officials said this week that applications have been submitted for an Inland Wetlands Permit, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan and a Flood Plain Permit for reconstruction of Oak Grove Street from Autumn Street to Porter Street.

The plans also include a multi-use path for the Nature Center, sidewalk extensions and storm drainage improvements.

No regulatory timetable has been announced.
