Man Charged After Children Found in Parking Lot: Police

MANCHESTER, CT —A man entrusted to watch two small children has been charged after they were found wandering in a local parking lot, police told the Hartford Courant.

Martin Parrilla, 27, of 63 McKee St., was charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor, according to police records. He was being held on a $10,000 bond and slated to appear in court on Oct. 10, according to police records.

According to a WTNH report, the children were found at about 4 p.m. in the parking lot of a local apartment complex.
