Man Charged for Court Altercation in Manchester Toddler Abuse Case
The altercation took place in court on Thursday.

MANCHESTER, CT — A disturbance at a child abuse case in Manchester Superior Court on Thursday led to the arrest of an East Hartford man for interfering, state police and court authorities said.
Jordan Lewis Girouard, 23, of East Hartford, is accused of going after Sage Warburton, 25, who has been charged with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor in the Manchester toddler case, according to court records and police. Warburton was arrested on Oct. 11, and appeared on Thursday court records indicate.
The boy died after being brought to the hospital, but Warburton has not been charged in the death.

Warburton’s case has been transferred to Hartford and he is scheduled to appear again on Oct. 26, according to court records. He is in custody on a $500,000 bond, according to court records.
