Man Fires Handgun Into Children's Bedroom in Manchester

Nicholas Ibsen is facing several charges after accidentally firing into the room.

A 36-year-old man is facing several charges after police say he fired a handgun into a 12-year-old and 8-year-old’s bedroom, according to the Hartford Courant.

Nicholas Ibsen was arrested on 10 charges - including two counts of unlawful discharge of a firearm, criminal possession of a firearm, first-degree reckless endangerment, and possession of marijuana and heroin.

According to police, Ibsen admitted that he accidentally fired the gun into the room.
