Man Wanted In Manchester Courthouse Hit-And-Run Caught At Motel
A driver accused of striking two judicial marshals outside Manchester Superior Court on Monday has been taken into custody.

MANCHESTER, CT — A driver accused of striking two judicial marshals outside Manchester Superior Court on Monday was taken into custody at a Massachusetts motel Tuesday, according to authorities in that state.
Massachusetts state police said that Jose Lopez was apprehended at the Motel 6 in Chicopee at about 5:20 a.m.
Lopez, 42, was in the custody of Massachusetts State Police Tuesday morning and state police in Connecticut have been notified of his apprehension, according to authorities. He is accused of hitting two judicial marshals outside the courthouse in Manchester and then fleeing the scene, according to Connecticut state police.
