"All three of our scholarships honor the memory of individuals dedicated to improving their communities through service," said Bob Bycholski, president of MCSC’s executive board. Awards are funded through a combination of annual membership dues and private/outside donations, Bycholski noted, consistent with MCSC's mission established 50 years ago.

Scholarship recipients from past years have advanced their education in numerous fields, such as social services, medical radiography, journalism, culinary arts and hospitality management, and business administration, among others.
