Manchester Cops Arrest Man Featured On Wanted Poster

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester police have arrested a 25-year-old man featured in a wanted poster for assault on an elderly person related to a "shots fired" incident on Nov. 24 on Delmont Street.

Jahmar Harris, 25, who lived at the Delmont Street home in question, was also charged on Monday with first-degree reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a firearm, authorities said.

An arrest warrant had been issued for Harris and he was considered to be armed and dangerous by police. The incident near 14 Delmont St. included a shot fired, police said. Police located a single casing at the scene, according to a report.
