Manchester Cops: Driver Who Hit Cruiser Was High on Pot

MANCHESTER, CT — The Hartford driver who hit a Manchester police cruiser on Monday was stoned, the Hartford Courant reported.

Diego Vasquez-Agreda, 21, of Hartford, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, pot possession and other drug-related charges, according to the Courant story.

The crash took place late-morning and the cruiser's lights and siren were on en route to a call, police told the Courant.
