Manchester Cops Take On Endurance Event To Honor Fallen Responders
The event took place Sunday.

MANCHESTER, CT — Two Manchester police officers took part in an intense endurance event to honor fallen respoonders.
On Sunday, Sgt. Ashley Feshler and Officer Israel Rivera of the MPD completed the Boston Marathon Tough Ruck, which is an event that honors fallen soldiers and first responders.
They completed the 26.2 miles in honor of not only fallen soldiers, but also wore ribbons honoring Lt. Dustin DeMonte and Sgt. Alex Hamzy of Bristol Police Department, who dies in the line of duty during an ambush last year.
