According to the CT Lottery, Fast Play games are similar to scratch games, but are printed on-demand from a CT Lottery Retailer terminal or a CT Lottery Ticket Vending Machine. Fast Play Progressive games are a series of games that all share the same name, look and play style, but are available at different wagering levels, according to the CT Lottery.
Each game in a series contributes to one progressive jackpot. Fast Play Progressive jackpots begin with a set minimum value and, once the minimum jackpot is "funded," it grows with each ticket sold statewide until someone wins, according to the CT Lottery.

The progressive jackpot then resets to the minimum value, and "grows" again, lottery officials say.
The wager played determines the percentage of the progressive jackpot players can win. For example, $1 ticket wins 20 percent of the progressive jackpot, a $2 ticket wins 40 percent of the progressive jackpot and a $5 ticket wins 100 percent of the progressive jackpot, according to the CT Lottery.
