Manchester Directors Approve Town Manager’s Salary Increase
Manchester Town Manager Steve Stephanou has been awarded a raise.

MANCHESTER, CT — The Manchester Board of Directors on Dec. 2, unanimously approved an adjustment to the town manager’s salary following his annual performance evaluation.
Mayor Jay Moran said the evaluation was conducted by the previous board, which voted unanimously to increase Town Manager Steve Stephanou’s salary to $202,000. Board members cited the difficulty of the position and multiple performance factors supporting the increase, and offered congratulations to Stephanou for his work.
The salary adjustment was approved under agenda item 13.h through Resolution #245-25.
The vote was 9-0.
