MANCHESTER, CT — Residential real estate in Manchester remained active through mid-January 2026, with a broad range of homes selling across price points, according to recently posted data on Zillow.
As of Jan. 20, nearly 2,000 properties were listed as sold in Manchester over the past year, with transactions recorded from late 2025 into January 2026. The sales reflect a mix of smaller homes and higher-priced properties across the community.
In the first half of January, multiple sales were recorded, including a six-bedroom, six-bathroom home at 74 Westerly Street that sold for $440,000 and a four-bedroom residence at 112 Jacqueline Drive that fetched $620,000. Smaller properties also moved, such as a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 155 Ferguson Road that sold for $339,900.

Other recent sales included a 3,198 square-foot house at 558 Spring Street that sold for $605,000, and a three-bedroom, three-bathroom house at 108 Folly Brook Lane that sold for $440,000, both settled in early January.

Throughout December 2025, properties ranged broadly in sale price, from modestly priced three-bedroom homes in the mid-$200,000s to larger single-family residences approaching $500,000 and beyond.
