Manchester Man Booked on Child Porn Charges
The man surrendered on Wednesday, police said.

MANCHESTER, CT — A local man is facing child pornography charges, Manchester police said Thursday.
On Wednesday, Brendan Roth, 31, Center Street, Manchester, surrendered on an active warrant for his arrest, police said.
He has been charges with three counts of first-degree possession of child porn, and a single count of promoting a minor in an obscene performance, police said.

The arrest stems from an investigation which began in April by members of the Connecticut Crimes and Electronic Evidence Laboratory and the Connecticut Center for Digital Investigations, police said.
Police released no other details in the case.

Roth posted a bond of $175,000 and was given a court date of Aug. 30.
