Manchester Man Violates 2 Court Orders at Court: Police

VERNON, CT — A man with both a restraining order and protective order against him violated both by showing up outside the civil courthouse and trying to have a conversation, state police said.

The incident took place on April 25 outside the courthouse, 69 Brooklyn St., according to an arrest report.

Kevin Cunningham, 41, of Manchester, approached someone near the building and state police were called, a report indicates. He was charged with violating both court orders, according to a report.

The "victim" is listed in a report only as being 40-years-old.
