• Premature babies often need blood to sustain life

The Academy of Martial Arts & Personal Development is teaming up with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive on Saturday, November 11th, from 10am-3pm, and they’ll need your help to replenish the blood supplies for the hospitals in CT. With the recent hurricanes that have hit the US, the Red Cross' supplies will be drastically depleted. In the meantime, please review the basic eligibility requirements below. To donate blood in CT, you must:

-Be at least 17 years old
-Weigh a minimum of 110 lbs.
-Be in overall good health
