Manchester Obituary: Constance Schultz, 77

Condolences to her family and friends.

Constance “Connie” Lucinda Schultz, 77, of Manchester, beloved sister of Judith “Judy” Schultz of Manchester, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Crestfield Rehabilitation Center in Manchester.

Born in Hawley, Pennsylvania on January 3, 1938, the daughter of the late Philip and Alice (Painter) Schultz, she grew up and lived in Hawley and Vandling Pennsylvania. Her family moved to Windsor Locks in the late 50’s where she lived until moving to Manchester in 1970. Connie began attending MARC Incorporated of Manchester in 1974. She participated in subcontract work and in her later years the Senior Center program. Connie participated in the Special Olympics and enjoyed bowling on the MARC bowling league. She participated in the Red Hat Society and the MARC Angels. She enjoyed many arts and crafts and community activities. A lover of Rock and Roll music, Connie had an extensive CD collection. She especially liked shopping and going out to lunch and many outings with her sister. Connie was a loving and devoted sister and friend who will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her sister Judy and first cousin Betty Fitzsimmons.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Springdale Cemetery, Main Street, East Windsor.
