MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester officials are warning residents to be on the lookout for crooks posing as water department staff members.

Over the past weekend complaints were received about Water Department impersonators attempting to "access residences illegally," municipal officials said.

"The Town is reminding residents that all Water Department employee uniforms and vehicles are marked with the town's logo," officials said.
