Yessemia Garcia, no age given, of 29 Norwich St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree threatening, breach of peace, interfering with police and possession of a dangerous weapon after police say she refused their commands during an argument at her in-laws’.
Luis Roman Jr., no age given, of 35 Edgerton St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, interfering with police, second-degree threatening and inciting injury to a person or property after police say he refused their commands during an argument at his nephew’s.
Tiffani Wooden, no age given, of 52 Oak St. Apt. 6, Manchester, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and misuse of a registration.
